Hi Andrew,
It’s ok for you lads down there near Coney Beach,in the balmy heat. Leominsters hot compared to this side the border.
Actually it’s not that bad,we got some snow, but can get about,it’s been sensationalised by the media, because they have had a bit of snow down south. Hopefully we will have a steaming hot summer to follow.
Cheers Dave.

hot summer, doubt it very much. wet summer would be more like it although a days sunshine will more than likely be turned into a heat wave by met office, and the media lol

One of C W Griffiths new Volvo’s parked in the blockyard at Strinds Quarry.

C W Griffiths oldest Volvo, recieving a bit of routine checks in their yard.

Taken on an old railway line above Brynmawr, South Wales.

Another pic of Woody’s FL6 tht he used to drive.
Taken at Gladestry School,Radnorshire.

Scaffolding being unloaded in Church Street Kington.
It’s hard to believe that this was the main thoroughfare going through the town up until the bypass was built 25 years ago, with all three quarries being very busy,as well as all the other traffic, travelling in and out of Mid Wales.

This concrete batching plant,at Strinds Quarry, hasn’t had much use lately.

Another from Woody. One of Mayglothling’s artics.

Looking up to Woody’s old moter at Brymawr.

Need a bit of enterprise for this thread, finished Woody’s pics, also my own, will get out and about next week and gather more. :bulb:
