Hi Dave I Can’t quite make out the reg of this scania but its ex W.Carter of Woodbridge Suffolk , I think its this one.

There’s no low structures along that stretch so “Stobbies” won’t be able to do
what they are very good at “demolition” but “offroading” is a possibility they
are equally adept at leaving the road and taking the wrong turn.

Harry there’s been more accidents on that bend than most other places on the A49. Perhaps its because they think
that because they can see around the bend, it isn’t that sharp. I don’t know what it is, but there has been a lot of accidents
involving lorries just there, including fatal one’s.

Most of the Witherley Services wagons running out of Bennies at Wroxton aren’t much more modern than those.
Where is the “end” of the A44 at your end of the woods, Dave? Our yard’s on the A44 /A4095 junction up this way.
