Nev Peate AKA TNUK member oxo3 owns this ERF KV with a five cylinder Gardner engine. Always nice to see Nev and his lorries.

Two more of Steve Swains line up.

Hi Roy,
There was a lot of vehicles at the show, but quite a few didn’t turn up due to the poor weather etc. We missed one section where the likes of Pentons and other hauliers had their vehicles, but as it had started to rain we headed back to the van and came home.
A very good show, which we will attend next year hopefully.
Tony Mercman has a lot more pics on his Shropshire thread.
Cheers Dave.

hiya,
This motor is a sledgehammer to crack a walnut He’ll never have his weight
for all those axles I once pulled a trailer with similar dimensions to this one
but only a single axle, it was fully laden with shavings and it felt empty the
regular unit was a TK it was for another company as a favour when the TK
had broken down and just to get the trailer back to their yard.
thanks harry, long retired.

They haul wood shavings as you know Harry on those walking floor trailers. Probably coming from the BSW sawmill at Newbridge on Wye.
They must use that outfit on heavier jobs.
Cheers Dave.

Hi Tony,
Hope so regarding the weather. We enjoyed the show at Shrewsbury. The site is bigger and more level than the Oswestry show ground.
Lets hope Gaydon in a couple of weeks is dry, although most of that is on tarmac or concrete.
Good pics from you once again.
I have been following your Shropshire thread.
Cheers Dave.

Hi Dave I’m glad you enjoyed the show pity about the rain ! Hopefully the weather is better for you at Gaydon. Thanks for watching my thread , yours is the one I always look at when I am on here . Take care . Tony
