Welsh Border and Mid Wales Hauliers 1950's onwards

I hope those new Dafs will be more reliable than Matthews’ two newest; Our 13plate has had some silly things wrong, but the 61 is a joke. It was off the road all last week and tomorrow, after its’ replacement centre bearing failed after less than two weeks. In contrast they’ve got a 12 plate Volvo FM that’s been on hire from new, and hasn’t broken down once.

Hi Barry,
I,m the one in the chair. The tall bloke is Keith Dessert Driver who is a member on here.I have been offered powered chairs, but prefer to push myself mostly.I did have my partner Tracy’s uncle Ade who is a big bloke pushing me around the show yesterday while Tracy took the photo’s.I use my vans to go most places as I still drive. They are my powered transport.
I was tempted to go to Llandudno last week, but didn’t get there because I thought with the nice weather and it being bank holiday it would be to busy.
Cheers Dave.
