How old is a classic lorry ? Tony

In Britain, the DVLA classify any vehicle 25 years or older as a classic.

Thanks Dave . Tony

Does that mean we can call ourselves “classics” instead of Old Fogeys?

Hi David,
Yes it is,it was owned by Paul Smith who at the time lived next door to my sister and brother-in-law in Knighton.I can’t remember if he packed up in haulage or moved away.I had forgot about him having a wagon until you put the pic on.
Cheers Dave.

A Scania six wheeler bulk feed wagon, seen on the A49 at Craven Arms.

Looks a suitable case for restoration, Dave. Any idea which motor’s in it or if it’s still in existence?

I sometimes wonder why I bother taking pictures any more Dave, you can find the new ones on Flickr and the old ones can’t be retaken
