Here is a better one that you might recognise dave, parked on the car park in Leominster with a very distinctive registration. I love the fact that you have areas marked out in car parks for wagons in your part of the world, up here all you see are weight limits and no overnight parking signs.

ARC Conbloc were based at Shobdon between Leominster and Presteigne David. They closed the block plant about 20+ years ago. They still have the spaces for lorries and coaches in Leominster, but I think there might be a charge for parking now.
Cheers Dave.

What are you trying to do posting this, Dave? Get Dennis choke to death on a Werthers Original?

I will post pics off any lorry Nathan.I’m a lorry nut.I don’t care who they belong to,as far as I am concerned Stobart’s are a big haulage firm who run a lot of vehicles. They like other big outfits undercut a lot of little hauliers, but that happens in all walks of life,as in supermarket’s closing small shops and so on.
Cheers Dave.

I agree Dave It’s just a big operator that’s life like it or lump it, some make it some don’t. I neither like or dislike Stobart, but if I needed a job and there was one there I would take it.

I don’t mind photographing them but I refuse to have them on my website because it brings the nutters out. I use to post pictures on another site but it turned into an Eddie spotters paradise with people just putting lists of what wagons they had seen and where.

I can see your point there David.I don’t think any fleet should dominate a website, unless it is specifically for them.
I am like John.Stobarts don’t bother me,I can take or leave them.I’m more interested in a mix of lorries from all aspects of the haulage industry, big hauliers or small. My own preference is older stuff which I have come to a halt at finding for the moment.
Cheers Dave.

You will,of course,be including “CG” in your all encompassing comment regarding “eddie spotters” David ? Cheers Dennis.
