Cheers Dave.

I think we are going to get quite a lot of rain before long Harry. This area is very dry from lack of rainfall over the last six months, but nature has a way of balancing things up,so when it does start to rain it will be look out.
Cheers Dave.

I would think it would be a lot easier to drive than the older motors of your day Harry.Don’t know what that close coupled trailer would be like to reverse, but they possibly don’t do much of that these days.
Cheers Dave.

hiya,
I guess they’ll need need to be able to shove them back for parking up purposes never driven one like that but it must be similar operation to an artic it would certainly be easier than the old method of coupling which was a bit tricky in some of the places you was expected to put them a good trailer boy was a must in those days, but I would do it all over again might even tempt Dennis to dig his old boilersuit out if I didn’t bring the knotted rope along, then again having the teacher that Dennis had he would most likely be better than me at it.
thanks harry long retired.

I doubt it Harry,we all had older drivers we looked up to as young drivers and thought they were good, but I expect like all of us they had a few tales which they left untold
.
Cheers Dave.
