A seriously big crane that one Merfyn,they had a big crane at Newbridge on Wye bypass.I think someone said it cost £30,000 a day to hire.It was used to lift the sections on two bridges.

Could be the same one Dave. This one cost around that much a day. this is used to lift the bridge beams into place.

I did meet about six artics heading up tp Newbridge on Wye Merfyn,did have a pic of one,but can’t find it,as you say it was used to lift the beams on that job.
