Ive no idea Dave, Salop Haulage never were into livestock haulage so I assume its been sold on.
I’ll ask around this week & find out.

Wazzy, Ive got quite a few pics of Maidens of telford, RHP & Sloppy Haulage trucks to scan so I’ll post them up when I get chance.
I remember the old DON transport Fodens well, used to work alongside Phil & Paul in Baston Hill & Leaton Quarrys.
We also went to the East Midlands (American Adventure Theme Park) Convoy weekend together many years ago & also did the odd Christmas Convoy to Telford Hospital too.

it was lost on a few years ago ! i belive the agreement was the name was to be taken off

Have only got one of his,which someone posted an identical pic on the South Wales thread a couple of days ago.I quite agree they were a nice fleet.John Davies from Bucknell drove for them for years,will have to speak to Jet and get him to ask if he has any pics.

That was in august 2008 John,probably about 17 stone then ( fat git ),not quite as bad as that now.We had a week at Heysham.I have been up to the Lake District and on up to Penrith a few times for te day,that was when I was dafter than I am now,mostly when I had 2 litre cars,although I have done it with the transit.Hopefully going to Weymouth this year,will be spending more time around the harbour and enjoying a pint in the evenings.
