NO - only one of those BUT a 45 must be at least every other week
Example over a few weeks taking one each week

What does payback and+6 mean
That example was to show how weekly rests work and that they are not subject to what day they are taken on or that they have anything to do with sunday midnight
There are rules for fixed weeks and rules for the time between weekly rests
With that example simply move all the days so that tue + wed off becomes sat + sun off
The +6 is simply hours off that are not part of the 45 or the 9 hours payback
When a reduced weekly rest is taken that is used as the weekly rest for a particular fixed week then the shortfall must be paid back in one go before the end of the third fixed week following that shortfall
Payback can be added onto any daily or weekly rest period
Lets say a reduced weekly rest of 40 hours was done leaving 5 to payback
The driver has 14 hours off in the week between two shifts so that 14 could be used as a 9 hour reduced daily rest with the 5 hours of payback

Ignore the example it has little bearing to your situation.
If you work Monday to Friday and have Saturday and Sunday off every week (45 consecutive hours or more), and restart work on Monday morning you’ll be fine and well within the regulations.
The only time you will need to be careful is if you work part of Saturday or Sunday.
The rules are that you must have a 45 hour rest period every week, alternatively you can have a reduced weekly rest period of 24 hours or more every second week but the reduction has to be compensated for (paid back, you have to pay back the reduction from the rest period).
Lets say you had a reduced weekly rest period of 36 hours this weekend, because the rest period is 9 hours less than the required 45 hours you would need to pay back 9 hours compensation.
The 9 hours could be paid back by adding them onto any rest period of 9 hours or more by the end of the third week after the reduced weekly rest period was taken.
So in this example you could add the 9 hours onto another weeks weekly rest period (in the next three weeks) and have a total of 54 hours off (45+9=54), or you could add the 9 hours onto a daily rest period and have 20 hours off, or if the compensation was added to a reduced weekly rest period you would have 18 hours off work.
It’s important to remember that the compensation for a reduced weekly rest period has to be paid back in one lump, so if you reduce a weekly rest period by 9 hours the 9 hours has to be paid back in one nine hour lump.
It’s important to remember that you must have a weekly rest period of at-least 45 hours at-least every second week.
