My mate doesnt work for stobarts. I only thought they went back 28days, unless you’ve been really naughty, he has a new job now. Was abused until he cracked i think.

They will only go back 28 days at the side of the road if necessary, that is where the attitude test is important. If they find too much untoward then a visit to the operating depot will normally involve 12 months of drivers records, 15 months of maintenance records and 24 months of working time records.

You may be lucky though and they only want to see a random sample from 3 or 4 drivers.

Where does this 28 day thing come from? As a matter of interest I just scrolled back thru mine and the earliest date is 06/03/2012,

The point I’m trying to make is that if I can see that information then surely so can Vostapo, thus potentially leaving me open to prosecution for any naughties from that date 'till now?

As an aside, a mate of mine who freely admits to knowing sweet fa about the regs told me some of the things he’d done illegally. I told him to bin his card, report it lost, pay for a new one and keep his nose clean with the new one. BTW, his company have NEVER in his year there asked him to download his card, he didn’t even know he had to!!!
