yes because it is a safety issue - if any remnants of your dinner get on the steering wheel is could make your hands slip on it when driving

That’s just total BS, it’s only £10 a wind for a first offence. £30 is for the third time they catch you with protruding legs.

This is a case of the driver of the big toy trying to convince the driver of the little toy that driving the big toys is like the Wild West with a constant battle against the Sheriff and his posse. It’s not, it’s sitting on your arse listening to the entertainment of your choice while getting paid for it.
