Problem is drivers think they are worth more than what they are,advertise it around the polish commmunity, ive just taken on a pole and he is far superior in his work and apperance than other applicants that i had for my driver vacancy, uk drivers need to start waking up a bit.
Ha ha i cannot believe this… Polish driver well turned out ! How much english does he speak ? “Far superior in his work” how would you know that unless he has worked for you for some time, But then if he had worked for you for some time you would have sacked him by now as all the accident costs and repair bills to you fleet would be mounting up by now. Just get up to the Purfleet By Pass and see how many Polish drivers hang around their waiting on loads with their smashed up units.
In my opinion, as for the £8.50ph their isnt a decent pol driver out their worth half that and i have experience of dealing with some of these fella’s, cras, unwashed, uncaring but then what do you want for minimum wage.

right im home now you bunch of moaners the job is at tilbury coldstore for tilburry transport its class 2 26 tonners with poss weekend work you get 8.50 hour 5 day week easy work mostly frozen plenty of o/t nights out at 25 quid parking paid with meal vouchers very secure company im on the 1s have been for nearly ayear easiest job ive ever had no hassle get ya job sheet do it then home for weekend . this week i took home 656 for backing on too afew bays and sleeping . yes you do have the fridge running big deal ! since i started this job ive never been so well off new car new tv holidays loving it . as for my mates two already work there , the company is now looking for more with even more too come in future . one guy turns up gets the job 6hours later phones in and says doctor has signed him off with sciatica THATS THE STATE OF THIS ONCE GREAT COUNTRY LAZY BONE IDLE LEAD SWINGING PONCING OFF THE STATE WASTERS

A nett wage of £556 requires a gross wage of £752.
752 divided by £8.50 = 88.5 hours a week?
