That truck is a write off, coolant or oil has leaked,a bit of duck tape wont fix that.

it would appear its grounded out on the slipway , cant see many other makes standing up to that abuse either 
This is what happens when the Russians try to do stuff while they’re sober.
my guess is the wheels on the trailer had missed the slipway and were bogged down in silt.
