Not a trucking film, but the James Bond film “License to Kill” has a great chase sequence with Peterbilt gasolene tankers.

My mum took me to watch Convoy when it came out in the cinema, way back in what was it? 1978? Thought it was great back then! I even had the 7 inch single of that tune ‘Convoy’ at one time, many black berry seasons ago. Ok, dont laugh, i was only 12 
I sat and watched it all the way through on youtube a couple of weeks ago for some strange reason, It was funny how i loved this film when i was kid but found it really cheesy while watching it the other night

Terminator 2 has got a few good truck scenes, one where the T1000 nicks a wrecker and chases John Connors motorbike of infinite gears along the storm drains before slamming into a bridge and towards the end with the liquid nitrogen tanker ending up in the steelworks.

Battle of Britain has a few commercial vehicles in it (some get blown up).
There is an episode in Series 1 of the A Team about a war between two haulage companies.
Similar thing in a later series but involves two construction companies.
