The British drivers in Poland thread made me remember this particular truck which is often parked here and sports a very non Polish name.
Its parked at the addresses written on the side, so someone has updated the address and telephone number, but not taken the name off as you can see, I have always assumed its been bought by a Pole who has not got around to re-painting or whatever. I was talking via PM with Turnip about his thread asking for info on Brits driving in Poland and Turnip seemed to think Tony was or still is an owner driver who ran to Russia subbing for a Patrick White and was based in the Bristol area. It was parked there today when I went past so as you see a couple of photos of the truck and i wonder if anyone has any further information regarding Tony Carrington? Its not everyday I see such an English name in my neck of the woods, so just interested.

The name doesn’t look as though it shouldn’t be there though. So could be !!!
Been passing it for a year of more when its parked here, so your thread sort of brought the subject home a bit to me, I often passed and meant to try to find something out, this time I noticed the address as were its parked and also on a business web-site it appears that Tony Carrington is registered there as a company, so very interesting. Just thought I would see if anyone knew more about it, before I ring the number to enquire
