today i took my daughter swimming and very nice it was as well.
Today i have mostly been sitting with my manky feet up, i did occasionaly hobble to the loo and back.
Tomorrow at 1520 i will be hobbling to the quacks with every part of my anatomy crossed hoping i can get back to the job you all hate

yes mate thats the one, sat by the second gate for 2 hours then it was in tipped reloaded and out in a hour

Then you would of passed the gefco depot where i work

thought it was shut there was no trucks or movement in the yard, fingers crossed i won’t have to do it that often
