Does anyone think if i take the class 2 licence but keep my current full time job and lookout for sat driving work,if i find the job appropiate,will companies look at this in a positive light regarding experience when applying for full time rolls if i take the jump in the future?
You would only be able to do every other Saturday in reality mate, because of the way the drivers hours reg’s work.
In all honesty, the odd day here and there wouldn’t make any difference to a prospective employer IMO. With respect, we often get newbies on TNUK who think of dabbling in the game, but unless you do it properly, it becomes a very expensive side hobby for people.

Clearly ‘likewise’ is referring to the 2 wrong statements the other idiot made .
IE : statement A is wrong ‘likewise’ statement B is wrong . this in no way links A & B beyond their factually inaccurate nature .

I’ll admit if im wrong (if you remember correctly ive done it with you before and you went all giddy with glee) but his post was misleadingly worded at best and instead of simply explaining what he meant, he had to do one of his trademark posts that demonstrated his attitude problem. Yet even after me explaining why it was worded badly, he still had to resort to childish name calling and insults.
So he doesn’t “own my ■■■” since he lost the argument/debate the second he became a playground child. And now he has you fighting his battles for him. A grown man who uses words like “wot” and “wiv”. Not exactly the strongest candidate to be lecturing anyone about wording

Misleading. For £26k as a wagon driver that’s roughly 65 hours per 5-day week at £7.50/hr, which is probably around the industry UK average when you factor in ruralshire. How many hours would you be required to do to make £26k per annum in other sectors?

I wish it would stop raining. It’s bad enough as it is being half term, but when these kids cant go shoplifting or spraying paint all over trains, they come on here.
Shame they cant grow a pair and go the local boxing club or something.
