The point here is that villagers have printed leaflets to hand out to LGV drivers, that have the cheek to pass through their narrow laned village,with no room,due to 40 cars using it as a car park,the old man was moaning how he was nearly killed,by a wagon,how he knew the speed was 25mph,is unknown to me.
The wind of the truck nearly blew him over,all this made it in the Somerset Standard last weeks edition.
If we have passed the test,why do we need to be told how to drive by some wealthy residents that dont like freight traffic reducing the price of their 4 bed detached second home in the country.
Stupid tiltle,i know,but if we all emailed to the paper to put our side,that would help our image,where most think we are thick,when we are not.
I would have to disagree with that.
