Wingnut I simply defy you or any driver to declare they have checked their fithwheel coupling every time they return to their truck, putting sabotage of the coupling ‘‘out of reach’’ of the [zb] that would do such hidiously lethal acts cant be such a bads thing, by the way my first 5 years in industry was at hawker siddeley aviation, not as apprentice hgv fitter, but as airframe/flight control fitter, so maybe this backward engineered transport industry needs to come ‘‘forward’’ a little,I’ve done as much shunting in ‘‘road’’ tractors as ‘‘tugs’’ and have never employed a dogclip shunting, ever. I dont think anyone reading here needs to be told a dogclip doesnt hold a trailer on.

Before you post a general comment like that, you really need to start reading the forum from the very beginning before commenting.
There are questions on here that three year olds can answer, yet they still get asked quite regularly. Obviously you as a posh engineer would know the answer immediately.
How do drivers know the height of a trailer?
How do I know how high a bridge is?
Can I go under a 14’ 6’’ bridge with a 14’ 6’’ trailer?
These are very recent questions, so don’t presume my answer was not necessary
