hiya,
I’ll bet he sets the dog on them, they’re stupid bleedin things.
thanks harry, long retired.

I don’t know who eats them all Harry. I think most of them go to kebab hoses or abroad. They are welcome to them.
Cheers Dave.

hiya,
I’ve often seen that Kebab meat on the upright spit there’s one in our local chippy
didn’t know it was lamb, it looks bloody awful bet Archie wouldn’t eat that, large
fish and chips please, proper English oops Welsh food eh’.
thanks harry, long retired.

Like you Harry, that lump of revolving excreta turns me right off!!! It also makes me wonder how safe eating it is after its been heated and reheated day after day. The whole kebab thing does nothing at all for me, when I see the finished object it looks as though it’s been eaten once and regurgitated. :open_mouth: :open_mouth: :open_mouth: Regards Kev.

hiya,
I’m not a frequent chip shop visitor but do enjoy the “fish and a bag” once in a while,
but the amount of that kebab stuff that gets sliced off while I’m waiting for my meal
to cook I suppose somebody must tackle it, fly crap and all yuk, Kev your description
“excreta” describes it to a T, it’s certainly not for me.
thanks harry, long retired.

Its your good old fish & chips for me, and we are particular where we get them from. I wouldn’t eat a kebab if someone paid me. I wouldn’t touch half the crap they serve in a lot of these takeaways.
Cheers Dave.

hiya,
Dave I don’t eat a lot of stuff from takeaways, but am partial to the odd bag
of fish and jockey’s whips" although about half a portion is my limit so one lot
does the two of us also about once a month we have a meal from the Chinese
takeaway, I do like a good curry but only the way the Chinese do it and if the
flames in and around the wok are real there can’t be much “wildlife” living the
way they prepare it, don’t care for Indian food “it’s cooked out of sight” so you
don’t know what’s in there, got the taste for a “ruby” when in the forces in the
Far East, and again one meal does the two of us, but kebab shops no way.
thanks harry, long retired.

Hi Harry,
We only have small fish & chips ourselves. I don’t eat Chinese or Indian food myself. Tracy does eat Chinese food occasionally when she goes to see her brothers in Hereford. I’m not very adventurous when it comes to food.
Cheers Dave.

Don’t be a coward Dave,   for starters have some honey spare ribs, special chop suey, special Chow mein with fried rice and eat it with chopsticks, my wife loves it,   but uses a fork, she can’t eat it quick enough with the sticks. Every time we go to a restaurant I ask her what she wants, she says you choose, I love everything you have, so I said " ■■■ " no you can’t eat that! I said if you could,   I would probaly starve to death.   :unamused: :unamused: :unamused:

Norm, There is only one thing that I like in your list in your previous post, and you can’t eat it !
Cheers Dave.

Dave, that reminds me of the quote, “when you are young you wish you could eat it, when you are older you wish you had” :sunglasses: :sunglasses: :sunglasses: :unamused: :unamused: :unamused: Regards, Kev.

Our local ENGLISH chippy is top class BUT, hell they serve too much. We had one portion of fish and chips last evening to share of and we didn’t manage to get through that. Now I’m a big fella (some might say fat bar steward :unamused: ) and I like my food but hell, yon chippy can beat me.

We had fish & chips from Brecon tonight, nice food, but as usual to much for either of us to eat,and we had the smallest portions. Won’t be buying any more for a couple of weeks.
Cheers Dave.

All this talk of food has made Harry hungry, he’s heading for the chippy on his trusty steed “tout sweet” :open_mouth: :open_mouth: :imp: :imp:

hiya,
I told the Missus not to post that on Facebook, I’d never live it down,
I did try for the job of driving the steam lorry but my HGVs run out.

hiya,
Dave I only live five minutes from Beamish Museum where this picture is posed
and visit with the grandchildren frequently, me being a season ticket holder it’s
a good day out I think the olde worlde cyclist is the village knife sharpener who
I remember as a little fellah’ doing his rounds doing the cutlery of private homes
as well as the business’s in his area, bloody hell I must be more ancient than I
thought I was. Maybe I should be a museum piece myself.

spare ones even, and if your looking in girls, SORRY. no names though.
