And disagreed with the doctor, as is their right, it doesn’t follow that the chosen narrative being closely followed for and by the Snopes organisation is right, nor does it follow that Dr Hodkinson is right.
Thankfully we can listen to and watch and read whatever we like and are so far free to have our own thoughts, some commenters here take issue with sources other than Youtube for video hosting but we are living in times when certain platforms are censoring views not in line with the chosen narrative so other platforms need to be used, you’d hope the hard of thinking might have realised why by now and hope it might have occured to them if ‘conspiracy theorists’, as they like to call them when not using more derogatory terms, are so laughably foolishly wrong why are their views so laughable ludicrous and dangerous they have to be removed and the person making or reporting them cancelled.

In this case the caller, who self identified as Dr Hodkinson, made a few errors and false claims about said Dr.
It was a public phone in to a town council meeting. No vetting of callers.

The main body of medicine are agreed this is a real virus, a real threat, and most of the measures being taken, are, on the currently available evidence, more or less, proportionate.
There should be discussion, but those who present data to support their claims will get a better hearing than those who give theory and opinion with no facts.

The fact that you catagorically refuse to condemn the Communists as being the aggressors in Korea and Vietnam, by invading the non Communist South respectively, answers your question and by implication also proves where your sypmpathies are.
If I’ve got that wrong then go for it just make the required statement of condemnation.

They supposedly do know that they can’t create herd immunity without the ‘vaccine’ but they don’t even know if the ‘vaccine’ actually works or is safe.

I’m struggling to understand the upcoming rule changes for pubs; from the 12th they can open for outdoor drinking, yet they are saying that punters must either scan the Covid app or give their details to staff. At the same time other non essential retailers can open with people inside their building and no such restrictions such as detail taking etc.
It’s almost as though somebody has taken the decision to systematically destroy the hospitality industry. For the life of me I can’t understand why as that industry generates vast amounts of income for the treasury. Very confusing.
Unfortunately (for the treasury) I’ll not be availing myself of pub services as I simply refuse to jump through hoops in order to give someone my money! I’ll keep it in my pocket thanks.

I’m as sceptical as any regarding the whole thing possibly for different reasons to Juddian but the end game is the same.

I’m not sure that a new “world order” is necessarily a bad idea. It cant be much worse than what we have now, and what we have now, is broken and unfit for the future. Capitalism has run out of steam (or rather resource. Capitalism relies on an ever increasing market. That requires an ever increasing population, which is unsustainable, and indefinite resources, which we dont have), and Communism is corrupt.
If you are realistic for a moment, a periodic big reduction in the population has been a fact of life, throughout history. Ice ages, famines,plagues, wars; until the 1950’s, when we had developed the medical skill to keep many more people alive for longer, and created the destructive farming methods to keep them alive.
We can not carry on as we are now.
Is all this orchestrated by a small elite? No, of course not. Covid is real. Not as bad as they make out, but real nonetheless. Has the vaccine got micro chips in it? No, of course not. Has it been properly tested? No, obviously not. Is it safe? Nobody knows yet.
This is, in some ways no different from what happened before. It’s just that global news and the internet give us a much broader picture of what’s going on. There were quacks and nay sayers in the dark ages, just that only their village or neighbours heard them rant and rave… they would have shaken their head, thrown a rotten turnip, and moved on with their lives. What happened was eitherdoen to Gids will, or the local Barons will.
