And what looks to be Russian book on the dash, unless anyone can think of a use for it.

Do Stobarts travel down to Gibraltar?[/quoteHello McWilliam
I’m afraid not marra. There are flights from LSA in the summer over to Gibraltar but no Stobart trucks go there
Stobart trucks will more or less go anywhere and they have been known to go to destinations such as:
Africa, Russia, Italy, India & Sweden
Hope this helps you marra

Here he is.
Hello robthedog
Its the one and only professional British Trucking Idiot, Mark Dixon!
I personally hate the man and can’t stand his voice, manner, personality and behaviour
In fact (much to the surprise of many TNUK members), only a small number of spotters actually like him!
Reasonable photo of the man like

Hello
Stobart’s Wales operation has recently had a shift about and the company have decided to close its Cwmbran Knauf Factory depot.
All operations for Knauf and Hasbro will be done from the companies operating centre at:
Hasbro, Caswell Way, Reevesland Ind Est, Newport
The site has got a operators licence for 10 lorries and 40 trailers but the company will only be keeping 3 lorries & 1 yard shunter at the site
The Cwmbran fleet was reduced in the process from 8 to 3 lorries
The fleet that didn’t move to Newport has been placed at the Appleton, Trafford Park & Goole depots
The move was down to “operational changes” and the drivers who weren’t transferred to Newport have been offered “alternative job opportunities” within the Stobart Group
But, Spotters will be delighted to know that the Welsh Wizard Ashley Maddocks (from Eddie Stobart ~ Trucks & Trailers) has been moved with his beloved truck to Newport.
Kindest regards
