joshh i have to say your talkin crap rob aka mr vain is a top bloke and is all heart i know this i have the honour to call him a mate.

Mr Vain is a truck, the owner of the truck has a name, and thats Rob, and that guy really put himself out on Saturday, allowed all of us (for a price) to abuse him and his body, he alone raised over £300 on the night. also I believe that ECT managed to raise a bit for themselves on top of what we raised ( and good job too)

It was an excellant night, made all the more remarkable that many of the regular xmas do guys were not able to be there this year, so many faces were new, now imagine what we are going to do next year when the older more regullar guys return, and the new upstarts turn up, maybe I should start looking for a bigger venue :grimacing:

Over a grand (£1000) is an awesome amount of money to be raised (in some cases taken forcibly from their wallet) and I am proud that yet again this community has done something special

yes, and the item (too embarrased to say what it was) was given directly to Mr Vains alter ego Rob Billman as a donation for the ECT charity to raise even more money.

This was due to the fact that i would rather use the item as a wheel polishing cloth than be caught wearing it :open_mouth: :open_mouth:

I have to say, the pleasure was certainly all mine at the doo. It was great to meet so many that you feel you’ve known for so long but not in the flesh. If i’m honest, i weren’t 100% my self for personal reasons, maybe a little subdued and quiet. But thats ok, there’ll be many more meets in the future i’m sure. Let the good times roll.

In the fifth pic down, DieselDave looks asleep…

It took me ages to get the camera angle just right to get you to think that…:grimacing:

Yeah yeah, I belive you…
When will you next be down this neck of the woods again on an ADR course?
And you may have heard I passed my class 2 with only 1 minor…

that better

did you know, before I decided to buy the Crunchy Frog, I had a quote for a new one of those :open_mouth: :open_mouth: :open_mouth:

I got home from The Do just a few hours ago :open_mouth: .
It was, as always, brilliant meeting friends face to face.

There’s no need for a ‘Newbies Corner’ at the Post X-Mas Do.
Once you get over the surprise of meeting people face to face, you’ll find we’re all pretty much the people you already know.
The only thing you have to do, is turn up for the next one.
