Where’s my b loody helicopter to whisk Mrs GOM and myself away to our country estate for the holiday? Just like Her Mag. and Phil The Greek, we too have got ‘the plague’ we have been laid low by heavy colds.
We intend to drown the bugga tonight, Mrs GOM will hit the Tanqueray gin and I will give the Laphroaig a good seeing to.

NO…just NO. I don’t fancy getting so near to her actually. Poor old soul will feel better when she gets her night attire on (Dressing gown, long johns, socks , pyjamas, woolly hat, fingerless gloves, etc etc etc) and gets stuck in to the gin.
Sorry to hear of your cold ( manflu in your case )GOM , but if you and mrs GOM stick to the plan you should feel no pain by bedtime . As to that mushroom fellow , i deciphered his cryptic ending and i find it out of keeping on this esteemed thread . Ha blooming ha, no matter how much coal he puts on there is little chance of him actually lighting it. He will say “Santa can’t get down the chimney with a hot fire in the grate dear” but we know the real reason…he’s from YORKSHIRE!!! 
Anyway you all have a great Christmas, the magic day isn’t far away now but still time to get some extra pressies bought for your loved ones and get a nice cuddle under the mistletoe as a reward for your efforts. Far better to give than receive, makes you feel all nice and warm inside knowing that you have cheered up other less fortunate folk in this season of goodwill to all men/women/dogs etc.

Popped into me local Tesco’s wearing combat gear, when just outside the shop some white bearded ■■■■ in a red suit came to me yelling " hohoho merry…" didn’t gave 'em the chance to finish the sentence, planted my fist on his nose, grabbed him by his beard and stuffed 'em in the bin…
Even those ■■■■■■■ carol singers didn’t had the heart to continue their bloody annoying singing…
I’m off to my shelter for a few days, hope things will go back to normal when I return…
Oh and merry Christmas and BAH HUMBUG to you all
