The crap i removed that was posted i notified the poster about. In general i don’t have time to notify everyone who followed him up to let them know. I’m not required to notify either. But, just because i have time on my hands i will. Infact i’ll go further and restore your missing post in all its glory to save all the secrecy and mystery, here it is re instated…let me know if i got it wrong.

Oh dear. Instead of selectively removing and reinstating the bits that suit your agenda, how about you reinstate the post that my post was in reply to? No, because that would then make you look foolish and you wouldn’t have anything to bang your drum about.
It is common courtesy for mods to let the author know why their post has been removed or edited, but that is something that is in short supply on this site. All it requires is 5 seconds worth of “reference post deleted” in this case and that would have sufficed just fine but no, you have get up on your high horse and blow it all out of proportion as usual. I don’t care for the smileys or whatever else the post content had been; please, just get over yourself . The comment was made simply because someone ie. you, had randomly removed half of the thread content without so much as an explanation. Yes yes YES… you don’t HAVE TO do it, but any decent mod would do because it’s simply common courtesy, especially to those caught in the crossfire when a reference post is deleted. How do I know this? Well having been a mod for 8 years on another site (not trucking related) you tend to get quite good at it and know what works. It takes all of 30 seconds max to add a couple of words when editing a post or removing the content plus it’s good etiquette and would stop all the “why was my post/thread removed” topics in the feedback forum.
