I disagree, showing you are together is surely better than lots of random letters and opinions.
We’ve asked for some changes to be made and explained why we are not happy. Maybe nothing will come of it but surely you have to tell them when you’re not satisfied otherwise they will continue to treat you like dog muck. 
how are circulating this letter will it reach the north
We downed tools 4 a couple of days in the early 90s along with some other midland quarries we got 5% straight away! Within 2 weeks 2 of the mouthpieces had been told their lorries were no longer required and within 6 months the 5% was took of us as work was going quiet and they had to ■■■■■ costs.
As i see it they can be selective again at the moment so be careful you are’nt the one doing all the talking for the rest.
