Toby, Toby, how many miles have you done in US and how many times have you seen nurses and dentists at truck stop?
I have seen dentists twice, at Petro and TA and they both were closed since it was night the first time and Sunday the second. American truck stops are great for parking, repair, shower or meal but not for medical or dental care.
