You can. But not stable on a tractor-trailer configuration. But for a ridgid distribution-truck it is great!
Only ever driven one and the main thing I remember is the ride is bloody awfull compared to a mid lift!
Also a dam site easier reversing a tag up a narrow track. Not as much front end swing to get the trailer to turn.
