At DHL we leave the disks at work.
So long as it’s recorded somewhere on the infringment report or on the back of the tacho that ‘damaged casued by office staff’ then your back is covered.
If you make a note of the infingement report then your firm is obliged to act on it.

No idea but I don’t see why not. What I meant was just make a note to carry with you if you are stopped, but if the company are treating them as equipment to be kept by you in an acceptable condition, no reason why you can’t defect any given to you in a less than acceptable condition.

Errr…I think you’ll find that driving all day for the boss and then all night on agency is somewhat frowned upon
