Deffo 15 mins mate for 6 hours work under the RTD rules
No driver shall work/drive for more than 6 hours without taking at least a 15 min break - that is for any 6 hours during the shift
Breaks must be at least 15 mins in length
Now choose one of these but not both …
Where the total of the work/drive in a shift is between 6 and 9 hours then a total of breaks adding up to 30 mins must be taken
OR
Where the total of the work/drive in a shift is more than 9 hours then a total of breaks adding up to 45 mins must be taken
Not exactly the way it is written in the regs but I hope the way I wrote it helps
