I think they should be sheeted. As a motorcyclist it is very unpleasant, sometimes dangerous following a load of hay. I would prosecute as an insecure load.
i have no problem with loads of hay…for the few ive been instructed to take,ive just point blank refused.
let some other mug have the grief when it happens…that logic works fine for me.end of.
three rows of rounds for when height is an issue - a lot lower than three on their ends .
and before someone points it out - yes that was a horrible load of soft round bales . I was only sent to collect and deliver them . With a previous employer who used to buy and sell round bales I would have refused to even put them on the trailer .
