Strange street names

Went past Nork Way in Banstead today, according to Google it is where the Nork Clinic is. :laughing:

Hiya…i used to deliver to the leccy store in Edinburgh nr leigh docks, the street nr there was Fishwives causeway.

Not a street name, but there’s a little village in Northumberland called Lucker,
the name sign at the entrance to the village was regularly altered, well let’s
just say with the aid of a felt tip the L was altered to an F.

I went over the river wantsum on the A299 on the way to ramsgate this morning

dig dag hill and, bread and cheese lane both in cheshunt and wibbly wobbly lane in hitchin but now known as carters lane, sadly,and fiddle bridge lane in hatfield

Harry, Also in Northumberland is Shilbottle, the first “l” is often changed to a “t”. Not far from where you live is the village of “No Place”. Also as you climb out of Crook heading east there is Low Jobs Lane, It often gets a “B” added to the word “Low”. regards Kev.
