Eddie just goes in, prices the profit out of the job so others can’t even be arsed quoting & then puts the price up a few years down the line when the previous firm who were doing it aren’t interested anymore or can’t do it anyway.

The steel is being brought over from Germany. New contract not sure for who.

As l said not to sure whats its all about. all l do know is that they’ve been ringing round the drivers to see if anyones interested in going over.

Forgive me for being new and naive, but whys it hard/dirty graft? Roping and sheeting? Chaining load etc?

just pulling chains out of the box on the catwalk or putting them away, folding sheets and picking them up, moving 8ft timbers about, not dirty work as in a tipper driver but try as i might i always end up covered in crap

Same with me no matter how hard i tried to keep cleanish i wud end up blacker than a black
