I can’t understand why they dont replace the expensive agency regulars with full timers? In this age of scant full time post availability, it should be child’s play to palm off Carlisle pay scales onto people that actually live in ■■■■■■■■ and other famine-stricken areas up north surely?
Because with full-time staffers they have to pay NI contributions, holiday pay, pension contributions etc etc which, of course, they don’t pay in the case of agency staff.
