Stobarts

He is simply pointing out the correct way up a stobart truck should be, unlike so many of his co-workers that seem to think they should be on their side :open_mouth: :open_mouth: :open_mouth: :open_mouth:

That’s going by the pictures,I think that fridge is my mates,he ended up like that trying to avoid the other truck coming the other way on his side of the road, coppers etc were involved and he was cleared of any wrong doing :exclamation: :exclamation: pictures don’t always tell a true tale of what actually happened, but it’s trucknet so he must of been driving like a ā– ā– ā–  to end up like that :unamused: :exclamation: :exclamation:

Not just that one, no end of them seem to be popping up on their sides at the minute. I’ve got 4 mates on stobart that went there as there was no other work around and they even said the standard of 90% of the drivers driving is shocking. We don’t see pics of Norbert dressingtable and the likes in trouble every 5 minutes do we.
Hope your mate was ok.

Ady hasn’t got any mates

I did wonder whatever happened to tweedle dumb and tweedle dee, turns out they are both driving trucks down the A14 at Huntingdon.

yes, 1 driving a Stobart Scania, and the other driving for Middlegate Europe

you must count not how many time some spotters see Stobart accident .but must count how many truck from all company truck was involed in accident.or how many accidents was happened for hundred thousand miles or …
examply if you some company with 30 truck and Stobart with 3000 truck will be have inchurance from same company.and if company with 30 truck make 3 (10 percent)accident in 1 years time (nobody will see ,no spotters) and if 10 percent (300 accedent)Stobart drivers will be involed in accident,so same but 300 accedent will be see to many spotters ,tv ant …but for inchurance company any way Stobart will be more profitable.how many i know normaly company count how many number of accedent was happened for one million mile.

So the OP was almost past on an overtake and Eddie speeds up to not let him in = knob. I’m sure the OP knows if he was on the flat. Bit harsh sending the photo in I agree but Karma’s a ā– ā– ā– ā– ā– .

yeah, ask Earl and he’ll tell you all about it

Andrejs is spot on

i don t blame Stobart or any another company.for all must watch neutral and objective and from both side.and in some company job condition ,planners much more stupid and redicilis for Stobart staff.just less spotters

tinytrucker77:
I think your own gaffer would be more concerned that your taking photos whilst driving then incriminating yourself by posting them online :open_mouth:

Hence the topic ā€œPolice crackdownā€

Maybe the Stobart driver was picking his nose and was showing you what he had got?

nearly there:

You understood thatā– ā– ?

If I think what he is saying is stobart’s have more crashes because they have more trucks than a company with only 30 then yeah but I said norberts and the like. Eg…size wise, the problem with stobart’s is that when people got made redundant from their factory, library and street cleaning jobs they rushed out got their class 1 and went to what they think is the cream of the uk haulage industry, hence why 90% of them are full blown tools!! Not all but most. :open_mouth: :open_mouth:

Stobarts are willing to give newbies a chance though, no surprise that a few tools slip through the net.

Because someone lost there job and retrained as a hgv driver does not make them less of a driver.i really dont get your logic

Yeh, they’re easier to brainwash than a driver with the amount of experience that creates cynicism and resistance to bull sh

That’s a surprise drivers saying everyone’s useless but them  ,3,000 drivers and 2,700 driving is shocking :open_mouth: :open_mouth: ,makes you wonder how we’ve only got 3/4/5 pics on this thread, there should be 1,000 ,s from what your mates are saying

Just because you pass the far to easy test doesnt make you a good driver, some people were just never meant to do certain jobs, hence me giving up on my dream of being a ā– ā– ā– ā–  star!! I was not given the tools for that profession

Aahh i see we simple mortals are just license holders but your a trucking god because you were born with a ratchet strap in each hand and diesiel in your veins instead of blood.granted i may not be stobarts biggest fan but it isnt there drivers faults what there company does.also its a valid point of the 1000s of there trucks on the roads the amount of accidents posted on here is a very small percent by comparrison

There are about 25 drivers working out of my depot, and every one of them has been driving over 5 years. No newbies at all. Granted some of them are ex forces and were relatively new to driving when they started, but one or two of them have a lot more experience than some of the balloons that pass comment on here.

driving schools teach drivers to pass tests and little bit more.but expirience come late not in one day.and for any new drivers must start somewhere, try self in first day, week, month.Stobart make to many professional drivers.

I’m not having a pop andrejs, just the opposite. I was just trying to point out that just because someone is in a stobart shirt, doesn’t mean that they just passed their test last week, as many who post on here seem to think

Give up with that one happysack… You can’t tell some of the muppets on here.
