I saw Tinkler in the paddock at Ascot in October when i went to see Frankels last race of the season, Tinkler had his horse ■■■■ Turpin (cue Bewick) in the same race, anyways he was dressed like a 20 year old lad in a mid eighties disco with his shiny suit and grey shoes and puffing away on a ■■■ with the queen standing fifteen yards away, struck me you can take the man out of ect ect ect.
