I think if I had just fired someone and they got up and walked out without reaction I would feel 10x worse than if they started calling me all the zb’s under the sun..
You’re dead right there, much better than getting all excited, gives you the moral high ground and makes you feel a lot better than them.
One small point. There is a difference between tipping at 1730 and 0730. One gives you max hours on day 2 and the other doesn’t. So it may not have been a put up job, but if not they could have explained that to you.
I too think you have been hard done by though, and hope you get fixed up soon.
