Got ya. So does the Mod 1 and 3 not apply to someone who had the previous acquired rights then when they first choose to do the CPC?
If you have acquired rights you only have to do mods 2 and 4 not mods 1 and 3.
Passing car test before 1997 gave a free LGV C1 (7.5)
To drive LGV C1 commercially the driver must have a valid DQC for LGV
To get the first DQC for pre 1997 LGV C1 the driver can do either initial mods 2 + 4 or the 35 hours periodic
If a DQC is got for LGV C1 then it covers all LGV categories so if they do C in the future they will not need to do another DCPC
