What iv’e established is people like you have worked for Stewards but simply weren’t good enough? Its not an easy job and it seems only certain people are cut out for it. Its hard to find decent drivers nowadays.

You can earn good money if you work hard. Obviously some of it is down to luck, like if you get clean runs with no traffic and no hold ups on site, but a lot of people just don’t work hard enough.

So give us your version then. There’s only negatives here about them and instead of saying that they’re any good all you can do is criticise those that say it’s bad. That speaks volumes to me.
I hope they are ok to work for a I have just accepted a job from them. I’ve noticed that people put down transport companies as crap because they have some bad issues. One way to find out if their any good. Wish me luck lol

Just go into it with an open mind, you’ll start from the bottom with a old truck and crap jobs til you gain experience to do the better jobs, in brick and block work you’ll either take to it like a duck to water or struggle, no in between.

There’s those that can do it and those that can’t - the driving is the easy bit, getting used to the crane / knowing where to grab packs with the grab / having the right attitude. Get these right and you will be ok

Just remember do not let anyone try to rush you,go at your own pace no matter how slow,you will not hurry the learning of this type of work and eventually it will just come to you,then that is when you will start to enjoy the job,good luck and keep it steady.

It will take a while to get the hang of it, its probably one of the hardest but most interesting jobs you will ever come across. The motors are clean and tidy, and the drivers are always willing to give you a hand or give you advise.

Hi,a firm like Stewards is the best place to learn because they do a lot of different products, within a couple of months you will be so confident with the whole job,and don,t forget if in doubt just ask no one minds,better than than a big ■■■■ up,enjoy yourself.
