Steep learning curve!

And the fact in daylight hours the blue lights of emergency vehicles is indistinguishable from pulsing LED’s

And the fact that you cannot correctly gauge the speed that vehicles are approaching from behind.

And the fact that in darkness when entering a multi laned carriageway you cannot tell if vehicles behind have moved into lane 2 or are still in lane one.

And the fact that in bright sunlight when reversing into a shed you are reversing into basically a black hole.

And the fact that in daylight you can’t make out if the vehicle you’ve just overtaken has flashed you in if the have either their headlights on or have bright DRL’.

And most importantly you can’t stick your head out to look in the mirror when you’re having a shave!

Yeah yeah…but apart from all that, what do ya think about em?

I’ve had a mirror cam truck for around 8 months now mate, this isn’t me being a Luddite by any means… any tech that I feel is beneficial to me I’ll heartily embrace, but as far as mirror cams go I believe that the positives are by far outweighed by the negatives .

A solution to a problem that doesn’t exist.

Fair enough. I may well have a change of heart coming. See how I get on. Positive impressions so far, not necessarily the same going forward.
