I would imagine he has to look far and wide for employment as he tends to slag off any company or agency who were stupid enough to employ him. I don’t think he lives in a caravan, I think he is more suited to a kennel.

Adina’s and Able.Adina pays the full weekend shift premium however, Able keep part of it themselves.
I have googled and yelled Adina’s and cant find them any one have a number for them or know where they are please
I went into Able today and the face did not fit so ■■■ holes to them
In a couple of days if I dont hear from them I will phone them up and ask for my application form back and ask that they remove any personal details they have about me on file
This should hurt the agencies coz they like to have as many names on there books as they can so when they tender for the likes of wincanton and wincanton come in and do an ordit they want to see how many drivers they can supply
And thats what I have been doing today; phoning the agencies that I have registed with and have had no work out of them and asking for my application form back and for them to remove my personal details
I did it with mercary and the responce was, can I ask why! I dont like agencies having all this personal information about my if your not going to use me I replied

may be agency call to you after 2-3 week or more later.Just check before Sport direct warehouse location.if agency give you job.and don t come later to work in first working day

Asking for for your application back is rather pointless, and they won`t give 1 hoots about a request like that

then you can have my job and good luck with it sucking all those things for one day a week at best
They have asked me for about a dozen referances
And have been checking on them
One of the referance was for an agency In sothern ■■■■ ■■■■■■ land (northampton) I worked for
he stopped using me saying its gone quiet
The guy was always OK with me, I did the job for his client and no problems and after wards he said he would give me a refernace any time
The agency phoned him up for a referance he said it was company policy not to give verbal referance but he would do a written on
Still no reply from him
They phoned me up on Friday and offered me work for the weekend but I said I was working ells where
They asked where and I sorry that information is confidental
She insisted I must know because under **The Agency Workers Right (TAWR)**they would not be able to employ me without this information, so I keep quite anyway
Today got another call from the agency saying they have tried to contact Carl again but still he has not replied
And I would need to supply more referances other wise they will not be able to offer me any work
I phoned Carl up and asking him if he would give a fererance
He said you only did one shift and rote the wagon off ‘I said I did not and you know it!’
After a little argument he said I have been good to you letting all your post arrive hear have’nt I
I said look your not going to give me a referance anyway so Im not going to argue with you all the best now tar tar and he hung the phone up

The guy is an X trucker and not an aristocrat like most others in southen ■■■■ ■■■■■■ land
I upset a few agencies while I was down there So maybe they have been ■■■ tating about me under the Agencies Workers rights golf playing ■■■■■ nodding and winking
Or maybe he has been reading this forum 
But I cant see why the other agency is so keen to get all these referances off me and say they cant offer me work until so but have all ready offered me work prior to that
Some times they are just being complete ■■■■■ mucking me about hopping for the driver to jump through hoops while singing there songs playing there muppit
I think I should just leave it and they can like it or lump it
some agencies would rather treat you like ■■■■ and and loose the shift
Many times I have refused to work for agencies coz of this and I know I was bottom of there list so they lost the shift coz of there ■■■■ up attitude
Did they learn from there lesson, did they ■■■■ coz once an ■■■ hole allways an ■■■ hole

If so I know your talking ■■■■, I have various different jobs and contracts (my WTD gets complicated as some is exempt), and not once in 2 years have they asked for this information. Same with some other drivers they employ.
You keep working your way round them through you little imagination, problem is some of us on here do ACTUAL work for these who you slag off, and know the score. Best thing you could do is pack the job in all together and go work in McD’s.

I was driving for Budgings the mini supepmarket company
took wagon into ditch tried driving it out and ripped mud gard off
Through mud gard into back off box had a look at it and found I had broken one of the mud gard brackets
Got wagon back to yard got my tools out of van and started removing the bracket
Then one of yard man came along and said what the hell do you think you are doing your just the idiot driver your not qualified to do a job like that; take the wagon down to the fitters shed and go into the naughty room and fill out an accident report form
So took wagon to fitters shed and said ay up mate where do you keep the mud gard brackets
He said what what what I said ow there they are a git big box of them
He said your just the idiot driver your not qualified to do something like that you will need to fill a defect form out
So any road when into naughty room and fill out all the bull ■■■■ forms which took about 20 times as long as it would of done for me the re fit the thing
Still had me back in there every weekend after that though
They said to Karl it was a very strange thing for a driver to do something like that
Mind you if I had done it this year then I would of been banned off site coz this year is worse then last year like it is every year and they can now afford to ■■■■ on everyone just that bit harder
