It is infrigement or not.Drive some 10 min break 3h 20 min,drive again about 3 hour and break 30 min.Will tacho reset time or not.I think it is legal.Firdt break must at least 15 or … and second 30 min need before reach 4h30 min driving time.
I’ve done this before.
Drive 2 mins. Pick up trailer.
15 mins break. Collect paperwork & get coffee.
Drive 4h 27 mins
30 mins break.
Was also stopped in France the same day. No worries from the French Police.
