Some more truck show
Gotta love it havenât you, weeks of nothing but sunshine, blue skies and heatwave and then the day of the Porthcawl show, it absolutely â â â â â â it down with rain all dayâŚ
Was thinking of popping along this year but tbh I forgot it was on.

Hi reef ,a good turn out was had even though it rained it didnât put people off ,if it wasnât for Darren,Andrew and all the drivers we wouldnât have events like this ,Andrew and some others came up with idea 4 years ago done it in 3 weeks notice had a good few turn up and it has grown every year and the money raised is for charity so a big thanks goes to all ,itâs held over the weekend which is good so next year should be even bigger

Thanks very much for sharing the seven bridge article.Its amazing how traffic volumes have increased over the years.These days there are plenty of times that both bridges canât cope,especially if thereâs a big event on in Cardiff.

Thank you Dean for kindly sharing more South Wales transport history.I found this shot earlier today,on an ASTRAN forum on Facebook.Two of J&M are in the background, In the days of German transit permits being scarce,Theyve caught âThe Rattlerâ From Cologne to Munich.Id say thatâs the late Sid Evans in STG 993M pulling a Rentco tilt and behind is Bob Pearce in ODW 118R with a J&M tilt.
