hi mike,
personally i never at that time (late 80’s) rated the 4000 series foden’s.joint motorways had three of them and amongst a fleet of ng and sk mercs.they were a big disappointment tbh.the only endearing feature for me,was the ■■■■■■■ and fuller,though they were years behind the mercs and daf’s joint had working alongside them……

Over 400 of us traveled from near and far to Cheltenham to say goodbye to our friend Noel earlier today.A very fitting final trip was arranged by well known glos.haulier,William Gilder and his AEC Mercury.
