Hi Paul,
Good to hear from you again mate.the trabants are popular in our area,it’s a Volvo chassis,I think that one is a 13 litre 540? I Saw this daf of Charles footman today on the yard in work.

Hi Andrew, yes same here the Mack’s have the Volvo engines and I-Shift. Just painted red and have a different name and slightly different software.
Sort of lost interest in American trucks to be honest.

Made myself a promise last year to come off the road and spend more time with my daughter. As it happens she is in Cardiff this week.
Got myself a nice number back on the spanners, Monday to Friday working for a Doosan Excavators (Daewoo) distributor with a special rental fleet.
Lots of photos to send.
I’ve been playing catch up on the social scene after fifteen years of working stupid hours and most weekends :).

Regards Paul.

I don’t know if it is still true, but for a long time all those yankee trucks were illegal, at least here in France, as they were all over 18 metres long. I like the bricks!

Hiya,
You’re not the only one who can’t post pics Andrew I can’t either in fact apart
from my outburst of rubbish typed using only one finger and taking forever I
really am the original computer idiot who has on occasion to call on my 11
years old Granddaughter to sort the thing out for me when I’ve tied the thing
in a knot, yet again, I’m pretty useless really and too old to care.
thanks harry, long retired.
