Hi lance,
Wtf does that mean m8? After the jupiler fuelled weekend that I am slowly :exclamation: recovering from,I am confused  :unamused:

Hi all, lots of great photos.
Ant, I remember Harfoot clearing a tip in our village as a nipper. I think they worked for Ryans.

Regards Paul.

hi paul john soon as I seen that rb 22 crane I thought got to be ryans they were big players in their days loads of tippers and heavy plant exellant firm to work for my mother worked in office for years really looked after her when she wasvery ill passing on my best mates father still tells me all the stories he got up too he.s 84 tears oldregards rowly ps anybody got any photos of them

Here’s one I’ve seen on Facebook. These started off life on the opencast in stoke where I worked with my first lorry. Ryan’s were responsible for the transport but I think they only had 2 Maggie 8 wheelers on it. Then these appeared, there was about 10 of them. They had stoke drivers on them but only ever worked on the job as a fill in, they used to do distance. The allustrious Mr.Andy South was the mush we dealt with and I ended up doing a lot of work for Ryan’s over the years. Lytag from rugeley to somewhere in cowbridge and coal back to stoke. Anyways these didn’t stay up stoke for long and were replaced with volvo fl10s, but they were in Ryan’s colours. Is Andy Ryan still with Ryan’s? He was a brummy if I remember right and quite good at butchering the rates he give ur. And as anybody got any photos of the fl10s?
