I thought Tom Cunningham, and Graham did a decent article. Shows the good relationships the steelboy’s, have.

my old mate tom is in the cab with graham in this picture.my old man and i have been looking through the mags. you kindly sent for ideas for our winter jobs.the uk season is nearly over now,we have malvern in october and for me,nothing until sharpness dock on new years day.so will be time to take mine apart again soon

hiya andrew,
i believe that the f16 belonging to R Williams was owned by Tommy Mc Gee civil engineering London,It came up for auction along with a King TL 65/3 trailer which Dave Walters bought around 1993 iirc ,He chose not to buy the volvo as he had ordered the ill fated fh16 M827 JAX, The F16 then i think was bought by Buckingham plant,index L315 EFC, It is strange that after all that time the volvo was bought by R Williams and the trailer it once pulled was only a few miles away at Hirwaun.

thanks for the information .i’ve come across that several times over the years,my old f16 was sold by a welsh dealer to an exporter in bucks,then a mate of mine bought it and brought it back to wales and i bought it of him

yes,that news has been coming for a while,live promotions can’t have the show ground at shepton mallet in 2013.
