hi all,
a big thank you to mechanic77 for keeping our thread going whilst i have been on holiday.neil i saw this motor and thought of you  ,a factory double drive early 142 intercooler wagon and drag, dumped next to the dock at souda crete.what a waste of a classic motor.

Cheers Andrew, welcome back,
couldn’t you find any room to bring that 142 back with you? I wouldn’t have minded if you couldn’t bring the trailer.
Neil.

hiya,
I’ll fetch the old girl home bet it’s a damned sight easier to handle than an old Octopus and drag, what a shame to see her like that but the tin worm won’t be very active in that climate.so should keep looking well for some time yet.
thanks harry long retired.

one of KCS transports new MAN,s and weighing in at a modest 14.500kg not bad with a bulk trailer on

hiya,
Surprised to see a motor of that size managing to weigh off at that light tare the last time I was anywhere near something with so many axles it tared off at nearer sixteen tonnes, must be balsa wood eh.
thanks harry long retired.

hi harry had another KCS in today with a different make bulker on weighing in at 14120kg so carrying just under 30 ton

i think that may be my dad steve hudd

Hiya,Sorry to pop in between Andys holiday pics but a couple of pages ago there were some Catnic photos,I found this amongst the cuttings…if it was anything like the one I drove then it was Crap with a big ā€œCā€.

Cheers Bubbs,
