Demolition company in today as house is too badly damaged to be repaired.Apparently driver sent text to woman asking them if they were cold yet!!

He obviously has some anger issues. Was the truck just convenient, or is there a reason for using the truck?
Could this be the culmination of marital strife caused by the job, so he is making a statement both to his wife and Eddie? Or is he just a nutter?
He’ll need good union representation at the disciplinary, or he could lose his job.

The colour of the brick is not what Barratts are using …I think it may be the Taggart ,i think Barratt street names are all engines ie Merlin Gardens .Drove by this morn too lazy to look

A 33-year-old man appeared at Hamilton Sheriff Court yesterday [Thursday] in connection with the incident.
Derek Wellington, from Kilmarnock, faces five charges including culpable and reckless conduct to danger of life and assault to danger of life.
A charge of dangerous driving under the Road Traffic Act, breach of a bail condition and a charge under the Criminal Justice and Licensing (Scotland) Act 2010 s38(1) racial prejudice are also listed.
He made no plea or declaration and is due to appear back in court in the next eight days.
